To apply for a police clearance from Lebanon, you need to provide the following:

1. A signed letter from applicant (PRC)

2. Two photocopies of the passport first page and all stamped pages by the Lebanese authorities.

* This formality is free of charge and may take up to four months to be obtained from Lebanon.
